This is home.
It’s why we care.

From Boring to Milwaukie, our story starts right here in Oregon.

Jacob grew up in Boring. Nick grew up in Milwaukie. Today, we’re the two owners of Sitka Grove, brought together by a love of the Pacific Northwest and a shared interest in the places people call home.

We’re a small, Oregon-registered real estate management and consulting company. We currently own and manage two properties, and we’re exploring local markets as we plan our next chapter.

We want that growth to mean something: more opportunities for housing, stronger connections with our neighbors, and a practical path toward helping people find an affordable place to live.
